Please print this sheet and include it in the package along with your item. Once we process your package at our studio, we will send out a confirmation email to the email address above.
Please ensure proper packaging, tracking info, and signature confirmation with the package. Always ship jewelry in a rigid box and *never* use a soft envelope or mailer alone. We will not be held accountable for any items gone missing or damaged in the post.
Once the package is received, turnaround time for typical resizing/repair services is 7-10 business days. When the work is finished, we will send out a shipment email with tracking information.
